TOVE 10: Celebrating a decade of difference through 150 community projects

In July 2026, Tove Learning Trust will celebrate a significant milestone: our 10th Anniversary. This occasion is not just about marking a birthday; it represents a decade of difference, shared achievements, and a positive impact across our 15 schools in Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, and the West Midlands.

Instead of hosting a celebration centred on the Trust itself, we want to honour this milestone in a way that reflects our values as a community-driven organisation dedicated to improving life chances for young people. We have launched TOVE 10, a year-long programme organised around four themes: Challenge, Give Back, Reward, and Awards. This initiative is designed to unite our school communities in creativity, generosity, and celebration.

As part of TOVE 10, every school will undertake meaningful social action projects that truly benefit the communities we serve. Our goal is ambitious: to complete 150 social impact projects across the Trust. These projects are already taking shape, with pupils and staff leading initiatives that embody compassion, creativity, and community spirit. Examples include a DIY SOS-style transformation for two families living in poverty in Coventry, a reading and kindness space for a primary school in Milton Keynes (we’re even hoping to secure a bus for this), sports competitions to foster community engagement, well-being hampers for vulnerable adults in Darlaston, a pupil-designed Peace Garden, a remembrance space for lost loved ones, afternoon tea events for elderly residents in Milton Keynes, and the creation of ten outdoor green spaces across the Midlands. New ideas are being generated every day.

To bring these projects to life, we invite businesses, community organisations, and supporters to partner with us. This can be through financial sponsorship or in-kind contributions, such as funding for specific school projects, providing materials or equipment, offering specialised expertise, or volunteering time. We welcome all forms of support, and if you know anyone with access to a bus, we would love to discuss this further.

At the conclusion of the 150 projects, we will hold a TOVE 10 Celebration Event in Northamptonshire to showcase the incredible work accomplished across the Trust. If you or your organisation would like to support a project, partner with a school, or contribute to the celebration event, we would be delighted to hear from you. Together, we can make TOVE 10 a powerful year of community impact, creativity, and pride—one that truly reflects the best of our Trust.
