The Board takes its responsibility for being accountable for outcomes
very seriously and expects all leaders in the academies to take responsibility
for outcomes in their settings.
The Board holds senior leaders and local governance to account for the outcomes of pupils in their settings and this is undertaken through a supportive approach, with challenge when appropriate.
The Board monitors progress towards agreed targets for improvement as well as reviewing and evaluating the impact of strategies to meet our aim of outstanding provision and outcomes.
The Trustees have a generic scheme of delegation that is the starting point for formulating specific powers of delegation in each school or academy.
